What we keep
When you book a call:
- Your work email and company, and your name and note if you give them.
- Your answers to the form's questions (what you'll run, which GPU), if you gave them, and the time of the call.
- The campaign tags and ad click IDs in the link you arrived with (
utm_*,gclid,gbraid,wbraid,fbclid). - Whether you had accepted ad cookies when you booked.
Why, and on what basis
- To arrange the call and prepare your quote. Steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- To know which ad or campaign brought you. Our legitimate interest in measuring our ads (art. 6.1.f). We read the tags from the link; nothing is stored in your browser for this.
- Ad cookies. Only with your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time on Cookies.
If you accepted ad cookies, Google and Meta learn that your ad click led to a booked call, and we may later tell them about a paid deposit for that click.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase Inc.: our database, stored in the EU (Ireland).
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Workspace (Calendar, Meet, Gmail), for the invite and our emails.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and bot protection.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): sends us an email about each booked call.
Where data leaves the EU, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
With your consent, Google and Meta set their own ad cookies and use them as independent controllers. See Cookies.
How long
Booking details: 2 years after the call. If you become a customer, what the contract and tax law require.
