We never store prompts or responses.

What we store

For each request, metrics only:

• Time
• Model
• Token counts, prompt and completion
• Latency, to first token and total
• Status and finish reason
• Error type, if any
• The key that made it

For your account: your email, and your name and company if you gave them.

What we don't store

Prompts, responses, tool calls and system messages pass through memory to the model and back. We don't write them anywhere.

Where

The model runs on our own hardware in Spain (EU). The API gateway and the database run in EU regions.

Delete your account

Email onofre@voracompute.com from your account's address. We delete your account, your keys and your request metrics, and confirm by email.
